Jason Littleton, MD
Jason Littleton, MD is a board-certified family physician offering convenient direct care exam and health communication services, emphasizing concierge-style high-connection healthcare. He emphasizes personal attention, prevention, and smart lifestyle choices for optimal health, wellness, energy, youthfulness, longevity, balance, and happiness.
He encourages patients to eat nutritiously and focus on fitness, providing clear, practical, personalized guidance for doing so in our busy lives.
Dr. Littleton earned his MD from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and a BS in Biology from the University of Michigan.
In 2010, he received National Doctor’s Day Recognition from the Practitioner Excellence Committee for “compassionate and excellent care” of patients at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. He also received the Resident Teacher Award as a family medicine resident.
Tana Coleman MSN, ACNP-BC
Tana Coleman is originally from Southern Indiana, where she obtained her BSN from the University of Evansville in Indiana and MSN from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. She is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner specializing in Adult Emergency Medicine. She has 25 years of experience in Trauma & Critical Care Transport and Emergency Medicine. She is Adjunct Faculty at Florida State University where she is a preceptor for Physician
Assistant students throughout the year and serves as a preceptor for other Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant students for various other programs.
Tana has been in health care for over 30 years, starting in the Emergency Department as a Nurse Practitioner and then in Pre-Hospital Medicine as a Flight/Transport Nurse for Level 1 Trauma Center before going back to NP School. She has been a Nurse Practitioner over 20 years and in the Emergency Department and with Critical Care Transport before coming to Florida. Currently she works at Advent Health Orlando Emergency Department for the last 16 years. Her philosophy for patient care is to treat every patient as if they are a member of your family.
Outside of work, Tana likes to spend time with her husband and daughter. Although free time is rare, reading, traveling and running are always good ways she finds to energize and re-focus. Her favorite trip recently was a girls trip with her daughter to Gautemala which will be a core memory for both.
Bailey Kleinknecht
Operations Officer: Bailey Kleinknecht is a dedicated healthcare professional with more than 11 years of administrative experience in the medical field. As Business Office Manager, she plays a vital role in ensuring that operations run smoothly, staff are supported, and patients receive the highest level of service behind the scenes. Bailey takes pride in her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to create systems that improve efficiency while maintaining a people-first approach.
Her path into healthcare began in direct patient care, serving as a first responder on an ambulance in orange county. Those years provided her with invaluable insight into the fast-paced and critical nature of emergency medicine, and they instilled in her a deep respect for the resilience of patients and the teamwork of medical providers. After stepping away to start and nurture her family, Bailey returned to healthcare in an administrative capacity, where she found her calling in process management, and team support. This unique combination of front-line experience and administrative expertise allows her to bridge the gap between providers, staff, and patients with empathy and understanding.
Outside of her professional role, Bailey’s greatest joy is her family. Married to her husband, Matthew, since 2010, she is the proud mother of four children—Mallory, Wyatt, Nolan, and Lorelai. She devotes much of her time and energy to supporting her children in all areas of their lives, from academics and activities to personal growth. When she is not busy with work or her kids, Bailey enjoys spending time with her husband, tending to her collection of plants, and finding quiet moments to read.
Lara Kiessling
Medical Coordinator: Lara brings over 10 years of customer service experience across both retail and healthcare settings. After dedicating seven years as a stay-at-home mother, she discovered her passion for supporting others in the medical field. Since early 2023, Lara has been serving as a Medical Coordinator, where she plays a key role in patient care coordination. In this role, she connects patients with specialists, manages scheduling, and works diligently to find solutions that support seamless care. She takes pride in building strong relationships with patients and ensuring they receive the highest quality medical experience.
Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Lara spent several years in northeast Georgia before settling in North Carolina. She has been married to her husband, Justin, since 2015, and together they are raising their two children, Jayden and Evelynn. Outside of work, Lara enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, traveling, exploring automotive skills alongside her husband, and relaxing by the beach.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Littleton yesterday. My mom was taken to the hospital yesterday and he was amazing. He actually cares about his patients. Even though he was busy he took the time to talk to me in length about my moms care. He is a wonderful provider. 100% amazing.
For the first time in quite a while, I felt as though Dr. Littleton might be the coach to my football team of surgeons/physicians that are a part of my body’s game. I felt genuine sense of interest and desire to make my medical issues a priority.
In our first encounter Dr. Littleton was an attentive listener and responded with understanding of my preferences, concerns, and what I sought in an MD. He demonstrated a desire and ability to consider lifestyle, habits, and motivations rather than just symptoms .
